After a "wash up"??? I've never seen a hose wash up on this channel! I didn't even know what a cow's hoof looks like when it's clean but un-trimmed! I got comfortable with the slurry situation over the last few dozen videos so don't change it up on me now! Haha loving the channel, mate. Keep up the great content! Love to see such a decent human being taking such good care of these animals.

Take an interdigital lump like that out out in your slurry filled barns, the cow is probably in the freezer in a month.

I wish u would wash all hooves before trimming them. I have no idea why your videos have me hooked so much lol. Like watching a dr pimple popper video lol. Love your intro song too mate, really gives that feel good emotion which matches what u do making these cows lives better. Love your videos mate. Craigs hair is terrible too by the way. No offense Craig. Only problem I have is watching u trim while their hoof is covered in manure. I know u trim a lot and it’s probably too time consuming n not necessary to wash them all, but I really wish u would wash all hooves like this that have serious issues. Keep up the good work mate!

What a tragic and beautiful story. Your such an inspiration, not only to your work, and family. But to yourself, with such integrity. I grew up on a dairy farm here in Queensland Australia. My brothers and sisters had nothing, but had everything. With a loving household and family. God be with you always.

You asked how I’ve been. One thing I’ve been up to is experiencing a "US Country Music Journey” during Covid-time. I’ve learned a lot about the greats going back nearly 100 years, including bluegrass, Mother Mabelle Carter’s awesome guitar style, Johnny Cash, and similar. [All to regain some of very rusty guitar folk guitar skills.] I just realized that your theme song as well as the next one on this video sound a LOT like “country music.” Your theme song has a lot of finger picking and sounds a great deal like bluegrass. Do you have a name for this style of music? Of course the roots of US country music are the tunes brought to the US by Scottish and Irish immigrants. Thank you so much! This week I’ll be returning to my bagpipe band for the first time in 14 months. Can’t wait! Thank you so much for your channel. You given me a lot of enjoyable distraction with your drone shots of the beautiful SW Borders. Best wishes to you and your family! (And Craig and your sister, too!)

There are two shapes of cutting edges on a chain saw, 'full chisel' and 'semi-chisel'. The full chisel is more aggressive cutting, therefore more prone to kickback. I remember you saying you like a more aggressive cutting blade on your grinders, but I can't fault you for that because I use a full chisel chain on my chain saws, even if they may kick back more often than a semi-chisel chain. I bet a less aggressive cutting blade on a grinder will still kickback in that situation.
